Alpha Missing.

Hey everyone.
Im kinda new in the marked, but after a few hours reading ive managede to follow the turtorials pretty well.
How ever, in the the Turtorial about adding Texture, it somewhere along, says that you need to make sure to have the Alpha version of the picture, in the diffrent channels.

I dont have this Alpha edition. I was wondering whats wrong.
Any help would be good
